Registration

SAM2016 is being treated as a satellite event of MODELS2016. To participate in SAM2016 use the MODELS2016 Registration. The registration should be for "Satellite events" (if only attending SAM2016/other satellite events) or for "Full package" if attending the main MODELS2016 conference as well.

Registration for SAM2016 (or any satellite event) entitles the participant to free roam between any of the satellite events Sunday 02 October 2016 to Tuesday 04 October 2016. However, to get the full benefit of SAM2016, it is recommended to get the SAM2016 delegates pack.

NOTE: Currently (04 August 2016) MODELS2016 is not offering a discount to SDL Forum Society Members, as was the case for SAM2014 at MODELS2014 and SAM2012 at MODELS2012. This issue is under discussion between the SDL Forum Society and the MODELS2016 organisers and may change.

Venue

SAM 2016 is co-located with MODELS 2016 which is held at the Palais du Grand Large Conference Center in Saint-Malo, France.

Travel Information

Please consult the travel information provided by Models 2016.

Please be aware that citizens from certain countries may require a visa to enter France. If unsure, check with a French embassy or consulate. Additional information can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before filing a visa recommendation request, applicants must have registered for MODELS 2016. In case you need an invitation letter, please contact Elisabeth Lebret.
