After checking the current Z.106 this seems currently impossible. The
only allowed syntax in a type reference is an identifier. So virtuality
information can not be part of type references exchanged with CIF. I
would say this is an error in the specification.
If we want to fix this in the standard we need to change from
<identifier> to <type reference heading> in Rule A71. Since this better
covers what is allowed according to the graphical grammar in Z.100 I
think we should do this change.
