I have received communication from Richard Harris
<richard#catt.rmit.edu.au> that Melba96 was completed and "there have been
hundreds of downloads from interested parties but virtually no sales ...".
He also notes that there has been no significant feedback - positive,
negative or reporting problems.

He plans to "withdraw it completely unless I can locate someone willing to
maintain it and add the translation and MSC features that have been started
but remain incomplete."

He is quite disappointed and so am I. Could any interested parties please
contact Richard Harris.
