Dear Colleagues,
I have submitted the draft SDL-2000 (that is draft Z.100(11/99)) as a
temporary document for the coming SG10 meeting. This document will be
intensively reviewed and updated during the next week. The Q.6/10 group
then plans to submit Z.100(11/99) for determination on 12 February.
The document should soon be available as a TD on the ITU informal ftp
server. However, you can get your copy right now from:

However, you need a username and password to access these servers. You can
